摘  要:以V型船尾部铰接机构为研究对象,应用MSC.Mentat软件建立开体船艉部铰接机构有限元模型,结合S-N曲线,采用MSC/Fatigue软件对铰接机构的寿命进行评估,分析比较表面加工工艺及河水、海水腐蚀环境以及其他因素对铰接机构疲劳寿命的影响。结果表明,该铰接机构疲劳寿命能够满足设计需求;降低表面粗糙度、选择抗腐蚀材料对提高铰链结构疲劳寿命有重要影响。The stern joint connector of V-type vessel was taken as the research object.The FE model of the stern joint connector was set up in MSC/Mentat.Combined with S-N curves,the fatigue life of the joint connector were evaluated with MSC/Fatigue.The effect of surface processing technology,freshwater,and sea water corrosion environment as well as other factors on the fatigue life of the joint connector was analyzed and compared.The numerical results showed that the fatigue life of the joint connector meets the design requirements,and reducing the surface roughness and choosing the corrosion-resistant materials have a great effect on improving the fatigue life of the joint connector.
