摘 要:考虑到枯水期滑道末端水位较低,船舶纵向下水时极易发生艉落现象。针对1 800 TEU集装船设计出下水辅助工装,分析其对提高船舶纵向下水安全性的作用,并运用MSC.Patran/Nastran计算下水辅助工装在浮力和冲击力联合作用下的结构强度。实船下水结果显示辅助工装有效避免了枯水期艉落现象的发生,此工装也可以应用于其他船舶枯水期间纵向下水。The water lever of slide-way end is quite low during the low-water season,so the stern drop phenomenon appear easily while ship longitudinal launching.The auxiliary frock for 1800 TEU container ship during ship longitudinal launching was designed to improve ship safety during longitudinal launching.The structural strength of auxiliary frock under joint action of buoyancy and impact force of water was analyzed in MSC.Patran/Nastran.The result of real ship launching showed that auxiliary frock effectively avoided stern drop phenomenon during ship longitudinal launching,the technology can supply reference to other ships during low-water season.
