摘　　要：综合考虑国内外现今液压系统故障诊断及状态监测的各种方法,结合散化船上Frank Mohn液压系统,提出液压系统故障诊断及状态监测方法,可应用于液压系统故障诊断及故障预报中,也可以用于确定液压系统故障诊断及状态监测所需最优或较优监测点。Various existing methods of fault diagnosis and condition monitoring for hydraulic circuit were analyzed.In light of the characteristics of the Frank Mohn hydraulic system in a ship carrying chemicals in bulk,a practical method of fault diagnosis and condition monitoring was proposed to forecast the faults in the system.The optimal monitoring spot was also determined.
