摘　　要：根据内河航运实际情况,探讨基于3G无线网络建立结合VTS、GPS、AIS的内河船舶远距离识别和跟踪系统,分析系统组成和功能,认为该系统的建立可对提高航行安全、加强船舶管理和保护水域环境起到积极作用。Based on the actual situation of shipping in inland rivers,the long-range identification and tracking system for inland ships was discussed,which is realized by combining the 3G wireless networks with VTS,GPS and AIS technology.The configuration and functions of system were analyzed.The authors believe that the system is helpful to improve navigation safety,ship management and environment protection.
