摘　　要：总结了厦门市已有的建筑节能措施,并采用随机抽样的方法对厦门市民用建筑的已建、在建和中标项目的土建节能措施应用情况进行综合分析,提出节能措施引起投资增量的理论计算公式,指出各类建筑节能措施对建筑成本的影响并分析其成因.This paper summarizes the energy-saving measures Xiamen has practiced on construction and analyzes by sampling their application in the completed and progressing civil construction projects.It proposes a theoretical formula for the incremental investment caused by the measures and describes the impact of varied construction energy-saving measures on construction cost as well as causes of the impact.
