摘　　要：目的测定不同产地狭叶柴胡中柴胡总皂苷及柴胡皂苷a的含量。方法采用可见分光光度法和高效液相色谱法。结果不同产地狭叶柴胡药材中的柴胡总皂苷和柴胡皂苷a的含量差异较大,且同一药材中柴胡总皂苷与柴胡皂苷a含量的高低不一致,未显示出相关性。结论为保证狭叶柴胡药材的质量和疗效,应制定药材中柴胡皂苷的限量标准。Objective To determine the contents of total saikosaponin and saikosaponin-a in Bupleurum scorzonerifolium Willd from different areas. Methods Visible-spectrophotometry and high performance liquid chromatography were adopted. Results The contents of total saikosaponin and saikosaponin-a were obviously different in drugs of B. scorzonerifolium from different areas. The test showed no correlation in the same drug with the level of inconsistency. Conclusion To ensure the quality and curative effect of B. scorzonerifolium,the contents of total saikosaponin and saikosaponin-a should be assayed.
