四君子汤对烟曲霉菌体外生长的抑制作用

摘　　要：目的探讨中药方剂四君子汤是否可以抑制体外培养的烟曲霉菌的生长。方法一定剂量的四君子汤和氟康唑处理的103个烟曲霉菌孢子涂布在沙氏固体培养基培养4d,计算并比较烟曲霉菌生长形成的菌落数量、菌落大小、镜下计数孢子柄与孢子的数量。结果与对照组相比,四君子汤和氟康唑可以显著降低烟曲霉菌的菌落数量和菌落大小、抑制孢子柄与孢子的的形成(P<0.05),结果呈现剂量-效应关系。与氟康唑处理组相比,300μl四君子汤处理的分生孢子形成的菌落数、菌落大小、孢子柄和产生的分生孢子数均显著低于氟康唑处理组(P<0.05)。结论中药方剂四君子汤可以明显地抑制烟曲霉菌的体外生长,提示四君子汤在治疗烟曲霉菌所致的肺部感染具有潜在的应用价值。Objective To explore the inhibitory effect of Si-jun-zi decoction on growth of Aspergillus fujmigatus in vitro. Methods 103 conidia of Aspergillus fumigatus treated with different concentrations of Si-jun-zi decoction and Fluconazole were plated on the Sabouraud dextrose agar and cultivated for 4 d. The number and size of colony were measured. The number of conidia and conidiophore were counted under microscope. Results Compared with control group,Si-jun-zi decoction and fluconazole could decrease colony number and size significantly and inhibit the formation of conidia and conidiophore（ P 0. 05） . The inhibition effect was dose-dependent. The number and size of colony,the number of conidia and conidiophore in the group treated with 300μl Si-jun-zi decoction were significantly lower than those in the group treated with fluconzaole（ P 0. 05） . Conclusion Si-jun-zi decoction can inhibit significantly in vitro growth of Aspergillus fumigatus ,suggesting that Si-jun-zi decoction has potential therapeutic value against lung infection by aspergillus fumigatus.
