龙血竭镇痛和阻滞神经传导作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察龙血竭镇痛和阻滞神经传导的药理效应。方法采用热板法、光热辐射甩尾法和冰醋酸扭体法,观察龙血竭的镇痛作用。并在急性分离的牛蛙坐骨神经干上,观察龙血竭对坐骨神经动作电位幅值、不应期和传导速度的影响。结果龙血竭能明显延长小鼠舔足、甩尾的痛阈反应时间,减少醋酸致小鼠扭体次数;牛蛙坐骨神经滴加龙血竭后,神经干动作电位幅值明显下降,不应期延长,传导速度减慢。结论龙血竭具有显著的镇痛作用,并可阻滞神经传导。Objective To observe the analgesic effect and block of nerve conduction induced by Dragon＇s Blood. Methods In the hot-plate test,light and hot radiation test on the tail and glacial acetic acid-induced writhing test,the changes of both the latencies of licking paws,the flicking tail and the writhing numbers were observed respectively after administration. In the acute isolated bullfrog sciatic nerve,the amplitude,conductivity and refractory period of the action potential were also observed respectively after administration. Results Dragon＇s Blood markedly prolonged the latencies of licking paws and flicking tail,reduced the number of writhing. In the presence of Dragon＇s Blood,the action potential amplitude of the bullfrog sciatic nerve was decreased,the conduction velocity was slowered and the refractory period was delayed. Conclusion Dragon＇s Blood has prominent analgesic effect and can block the nerve conduction.
