紫苏与大黄注射液配伍后的稳定性考察

摘　　要：目的室温条件下考察大黄注射液与紫苏注射液配伍的稳定性。方法制备大黄及紫苏注射液,根据《中华人民共和国药典》(2005年版)对其进行质量检查。应用紫外可见光分光光度计、酸度计、显微镜检查大黄及紫苏注射液配伍6h内的外观、吸收度值、pH值以及微粒的变化。结果配伍液外观、含量、pH值及微粒均无明显变化。结论大黄和紫苏注射液配伍后稳定性良好,可配伍应用。Objective To evaluate the compatible stability of Rhubarb Injection with Folium Perillae Injection at room temperature. Methods After Folium Perillae injection and Rhubarb injection were prepared,quality control was conducted according to the＂Pharmacopeia of China 2005＂. Appearance,absorbability value,pH value and particles of mixture of the two injections within 6h were detected by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer,pH meter and microscope. Results No significant change was observed in appearance,particles,pH value and absorbability value of the mixture at room temperature. Conclusion Rhubarb injection mixed with Folium Perillae injection has good stability and the two injections can be mixed to use.
