摘  要:目的研究提取沙枣花(elaeagnus angustifolia blossoms,EAB)中总黄酮的最佳工艺条件,并观察了沙枣花醇提物(the alcohol extracts of elaeagnus angustifolia blossoms,AE-EAB)清除氧自由基的作用。方法以芦丁为对照品,NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH显色体系作为显色剂,采用正交实验方法对沙枣花总黄酮提取方法进行了系统研究。结果最佳提取工艺为20倍量70%乙醇回流3次,1h/次。AE-EAB对氧自由基的清除作用随着浓度的升高而增强。结论 EAB总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为A2B2C1D3。AE-EAB对氧自由基有清除作用.Objective To study the optimal extraction technology of total flavonoids in Elaeagnus angustifolia blossoms( EAB) , and the free radicals scavenging effect of the alcohol extract of Elaeagnus angustifolia blossoms( AE-EAB ) . Methods Using Rutin as the evaluating criteria and NaNO2 -Al( NO3) 3-NaOH as chromogenic agent,the extraction condition was studied by orthogonal test. Results The optimal technological conditions were attained by the orthogonal experiment as follows: extraction with70% ethanol,ethanol volume 20 ml for 1 g EAB every time,and extracting for 3 times ( 40 min for each time) . The scavenging effect on oxygen free radical was proportional to the concentration of AE-EAB. Conclusion The optimum extraction technology is A2B2C1D3 . AE-EAB has scavenging effect on oxygen free radical .
