不同饲料对土鳖虫若虫增重影响的研究

摘　　要：目的饲喂不同的饲料,对土鳖虫若虫增重的影响。方法选择45～60日龄的土鳖虫幼虫300g,随机分为3组,每组100g。在土鳖虫生活土配方等条件相同的情况下,实验1组饲喂麦麸,实验2组饲喂发酵料,实验3组饲喂麦麸+发酵料,实验期为2.5个月。结果实验证明,实验3组的饲料配比最利于土鳖虫的生长发育,实验1组次之,实验2组较差。结论使用实验3组的饲料配方,土鳖虫若虫增重效果明显。Objective To study the effect of different diets on weight of Eupolyphaga sue Steleophaga nymph. Methods Eupolyphaga sue Steleophaga nymph in 45 ～ 60 days of age were selected and randomly devided into 3 groups. Eupolyphaga sue Steleophaga nymph in experiment groupⅠwere given bran,the experiment group Ⅱ were given bran fermentation and the experiment group Ⅲ were given bran and its fermentation. The experiment last two and a half months. Results The experiment indicated the diets of experiment group Ⅲ could promote the growth and development of Eupolyphaga sue Steleophaga nymph. The effect of the experiment groupⅠwas middle and the experiment group Ⅱ was poor. Conclusion Weight gain results of Eupolyphaga sue Steleophaga nymph by diet in experiment group Ⅲ were obvious.
