道地药材咸丰白术的国家地理标志产品保护分析

摘　　要：咸丰白术是道地药材,也是白术品种中唯一的国家地理标志产品。文章从保护地域范围、质量技术要求、地理标志产品专用标志的使用等方面,介绍了咸丰白术的国家地理标志产品的保护现状,分析其中药材GAP认证情况,探讨发展对策,并提出如下建议:①详细研究其产地自然地理环境;②深入探讨咸丰白术的适宜性;③扩大保护地域范围到来凤县甚至整个恩施自治州;④鼓励企业使用咸丰白术地理标志产品专用标志;⑤建立国家质量标准《地理标志产品咸丰白术》;⑥加速咸丰白术的中药材GAP认证;⑦向国家质检总局注册相应的地理标志商标"咸丰白术"等。Xianfeng Largehead Atractylodes Rhizome is authentic Chinese medicinal herb and a national product of geographical indication. From the scope of their protection of geographical indications,the requirements of the technical quality,the use of the special signs of geographical indication and so on. This article described present protection situation of the national product of geographical indication,analyzed the certification of good agricultural practice for Chinese crude drugs,and made several suggestions： ①to expand the scope of the national products of geographical indication based on scientific proof; ②to encourage the use of the special signs of geographical indication in order to enhance product branding; ③to establish the national standard of the national products of geographical indication; ④to combine the protection of geographical indication product and the certification of good agricultural practice for Chinese crude drugs; ⑤to register the trademark of geographical indication——Xianfeng Largehead Atractylodes Rhizome＂.
