摘　　要：目的探讨成人肠套叠的手术治疗方法。方法对21例成人肠套叠患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果肠套叠类型,小肠型11例,回结肠型6例,结肠型3例,空胃型1例,经行手法复位、根治性结肠切除术、空回肠部分切除术等手术治疗后均痊愈,随访无复发。结论成人肠套叠多由肠管器质性病变诱发,应及时予以手术治疗。Objective To investigate the surgical management of intussusception in adults. Methods The clinical data of 21 patients with intussusception in adults were analyzed retrospectively. Results 4 types of intussusception in 2 l ca- ses were as follow： 11 cases of intestine - intestine type,6 cases of ileocolon type,3 cases of colon - colon type,and 1 case of stomach - intestine type. All of them got well recovery after operative treatment, such as manipulative reduction, radical laparo- colectomy,jejunum - ileum partial excision. And there was no recurrence of them in the follow - up time. Conclusion Most of intussusception in adults are remoted by intestinal structural diseases, which need surgical treatment immediately.
