摘　　要：火电工程初步设计概算编制依据的是现行的行业标准,而执行概算一般依据的是企业根据自身特点和管理需要制定的执行概算编制规定(方法)以及相关的企业标准。由于执行概算编制没有统一的行业标准,且各发电公司的管理模式也不尽相同,因此在编制、审核、费用控制、建设标准、考核以及执行概算的表现形式等方面存在较大的差异。本文根据自己在执行概算编制、审查中的体会,就执行概算编制的背景、目的、方法、原则以及一些具体问题处理办法等提出一点见解,供编制执行概算时参考。The foundation of compiling primary design budget in thermal power generation engineering is active industry standard,but the foundation of executive budget is enterprise＇s executive budget compiling rules and correlative enterprise＇s standard,according to it＇s characteristic management need.Because compiling executive budget has no unitive industry standard,management model isn＇t sameness in every thermal power company,thus there exist biggish differences in aspect of compiling,auditing,charge control,construction standard,checking as well as represent form of executive budget.According to author＇s experience on executive compiling and checking,some ideas are put forward that about background,aim,method,principle and detailed problem treatment method of compiling executive budget,supply reference with compiling executive budget.
