摘 要:针对大型装备在维修过程中缺乏有效、全面预警机制的问题,提出了一套面向维修过程的预警方案。该方案以五元组通用预警描述模型为基础,对维修过程中的维修需求编制、维修活动计划、维修作业执行和维修物料管理四个方面进行了预警模型的定制,进而形成面向维修过程的预警系统。通过在维护、维修和大修企业信息化平台上实现该预警方案,验证了模型的合理性。Due to lack of effective and comprehensive early-warning mechanism for large equipment during maintenance procedures,a set of early-warning program oriented to maintenance procedures was proposed.The foundation of this program was a five group universal early-warning description model.This program also customized the earlywarning models for four important aspects of maintenance procedure:the maintenance requirements compilation,the maintenance activities planning,the maintenance operations implementation and the maintenance materials management.Subsequently,an early-warning architecture oriented to maintenance procedures was constructed.Finally,the rationality of the early-warning model was validated by the implementation of the program on the Maintenance,Repair and Overhaul/Operations(MRO)enterprise information platform.
