摘 要:为提高生产制造设备的有效作业率,减少故障停机时间,以复杂系统为研究对象,综合考虑备件和修理设备两种维修资源的影响,建立了维修资源的配置数量与故障停机率的定量模型,并进行优化配置。基于系统的层次结构,分两步研究建立了系统故障停机率模型。在满足系统故障停机率约束的条件下,给出备件和修理设备初始配置数量优化模型,并运用边际效应分析法进行了求解。通过实例分析验证了所提模型和方法的有效性。To improve effective operation rate of the manufacturing equipment and reduce the downtime,by taking the complex system as study object and considering integral influences of spare parts and repair equipments,aquantitative model of failure outage rate was established based on the configuration quantities of maintenance resources.Then,the optimized configuration was performed.According to hierarchy of the system,system failure outage rate model was established by two steps.Optimization model for the configuration quantities of the spare parts and repair equipments was proposed with constraints on failure outage rate,and was solved by using marginal analysis algorithm.Finally,an example was provided to verify the validity of the models.
