后路椎体间植骨融合椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗腰椎滑脱症

摘　　要：目的 观察腰椎管减压、椎弓根螺钉复位内固定和椎体间植骨融合手术治疗退变性及峡部裂性腰椎滑脱症患者的临床疗效.方法 从2004年10月～2009年5月间对54例腰椎滑脱患者行后路腰椎管减压、椎弓根螺钉复位内固定和椎体间植骨融合患者作随访研究.结果 经12～54个月,平均24个月随访,所有患者均获得了骨性融合,椎体滑脱复位率88.2%,腰腿疼痛消失,1例神经根损伤.按侯树勋等评价标准：优94.1%,良2.94%,可2.94% ,总优良率为97.04%.结论 对退变性及峡部裂性腰椎滑脱症患者行后路腰椎管减压、椎弓根螺钉复位内固定和椎体间植骨,具有骨性融合率高,椎间高度恢复和维持满意,手术简单,出血少等优点.Objective To evaluate Ihe effects of the operation of posterior - discompression. Reduction - fixation and intertransversal fusion on spondylolisthesis. Methods To analyses the materials of 54 palients of following - up. Results The outcome of following - up（ 12 - 54months） of 54 patients showed thal all 54 cases reached bone erasis, The reduction rale was 88.2% , All patients got pain relieve, I patient was nerve injury, under Ihe cure standard made by Mr. Hou Shuxun , 94. 1% were excellent, 2.94% better.2.94% good. Conclusion This operation has the advantage as follows：high osseous fusion rate,satisfactory intervertebral heigh - trestoring,simple operation,and no tnuch more bleeding.
