摘　　要：学报质量的优劣与编辑的素质密不可分,培养与提高学报编辑的综合素质是保证和提高学报质量的必然要求。如果没有一支高素质的编辑队伍,便没有办好学报的保证。所以,培养和建设一支综合素质较高的编辑队伍,是学报基本建设的一项重要任务。从科学文化、创新思维、服务精神三个方面不断提高自身的综合素质,才能适应新形势下的学报编辑工作。The quality of journal quality has a direct bearing on the quality of editors.Cultivating and enhancing the comprehensive quality of editors is the necessary guarantee for journal quality.Without a high-quality editor team,it is impossible to run a journal well.Therefore,it is an important task to cultivate and build an editor team with the high comprehensive quality.Editors should continuously enhance their comprehensive quality from science and culture,innovative thinking,and service spirit so as to adapt to the work in the new situation.
