西部现代服务业落实生态文明战略的途径选择

摘　　要：生态文明已从学术理论研究和建设实践的层面上升到全党的执政兴国战略的高度，生态文明是科学发展观的具体体现，是指导西部现代服务业又好又快发展的先进理念。落实生态文明战略能降低产业发展对资源和环境的冲击与负荷，满足西部转变服务经济增长方式和产业结构调整的需要。论文在分析生态文明战略对西部现代服务业发展提出新要求的基础上，提出了西部现代服务业实现绿色增长的途径选择。Implement the strategy of ecological civilization to realize growth of modern green service industry in Western China. Ecological civilization has been promoted to strategy position by our party and government management from the level of the academic theory and practicing. Ecological civilization is the concentrate manifestation of the scientific development idea, is the advanced concept to guide the sound and rapid development of Western modern service industry. Implementing the strategy of ecological civilization can reduce the resources expending and environment destroying made by industrial development. And it also can meet the requirement of growth mode changing in service economic and industrial restructuring needs at the Western.？At first,this paper analyses the new requirements of modern service industry made by ecological civilization to Western China. After that, we put forward the approaches to achieve green growth of modern service industry at Western China.
