摘　　要：目的总结胆道梗阻患者围术期处理的经验。方法回顾性分析2001~2009年该院收治的291例65岁以上胆道梗阻患者的临床资料。结果治愈率为98.3%,并发症发生率为21.6%,病死率为1.7%。结论通过加强围术期处理,高龄胆道梗阻患者行手术治疗同样可获得良好的治疗效果。Objectie To sum up the experiences in treatment of peroperative period in elderly patients with obstruction of biliary tract.Methods The clinical data of 291 elderly patients with obstruction of biliary tract between 2001 and 2009 were analyzed retrospectively.Results The total recovery rate was 98.3%,the early total complication rate was 21.6% and the fatality rate was 1.7%.Conclusion Operation is effective therapeutic method to elderly patients with obstruction of biliary tract by strengthening the treatment of perioperative period.
