摘  要:以欧美杨107KP浆为试样,通过对漆酶助漂系统中介体类型与用量、漆酶用量、温度、时间、pH值和纸浆质量分数的试验,探讨各因子对漆酶杨木浆漂白性质的影响。结果表明,2,2-联氮-二(3-乙基-苯并噻唑-6-磺酸)(ABTS)作为漆酶漂白介体时,在0~10mg·g-1范围内,随着ABTS用量的增加,卡伯值降低;而以吐温80作为介体,1%用量时,卡伯值最低。漆酶用量为25U.g-1时,处理效果最好。在30℃时,卡伯值最低。处理时间为60min时,卡伯值较低。当pH值为5.0时,卡伯值和纸浆特性黏度值分别比未漂浆降低了12.38%和5.19%。纸浆质量分数为8%时,与未漂浆相比,卡伯值下降了12.16%。An experiment was conducted to study the effects of mediator and dosage,laccase amount,temperature,time,pH value and pulp mass fraction in the laccase-mediator system on the bleaching of poplar kraft pulp.Results showed that the kappa number reduced with increasing dosage when the amount of 2,2'-Azinobis-(3-ethylbenzthiazoline-6-sulphonate)was within 0 and 10mg·g^-1while the kappa number was lowest when the amount of Tween 80 was 1 percent.The treatment of 25U·g^-1laccase was better.Among the five different temperatures,the kappa number was lowest at 30 degrees C.For different processing time,the kappa number was lower at 60 minutes.Compared with the untreated pulp,the kappa number and the viscosity value were reduced by 12.38 percent and 5.19 percent at pH 5.0,respectively.In comparison with the untreated pulp,when the pulp mass fraction was 8 percent,the kappa number was reduced by 12.16 percent.
