摘 要:基于鸫亚科(Turdinae)6属14种鸟类的线粒体细胞色素c氧化酶亚基Ⅰ(CoⅠ)基因部分序列(1176bp),以雪松太平鸟(Bombycilla cedrorum)为外群,采用邻接法、最大简约法、最大似然法和贝叶斯法分别构建鸫亚科的系统发生树。结果表明鸫亚科鸟类分为2个大的支系。第1个支系包括鸫属(Turdus)和地鸫属(Zoothera),第2个支系包括红尾鸲属(Phoeicurus)、鸲属(Tarsiger)、燕尾属(Enicurus)和啸鸫属(Myiophonus)。宝兴歌鸫(Turdus mupinensis)独立于鸫属而与虎斑地鸫(Zoothera dauma)形成最近的亲缘关系;灰翅鸫(Turdus boul-boul)和乌灰鸫(Turdus cardis)、赤颈鸫(Turdus ruficollis)和斑鸫(Trudus naumanni)分别聚为姐妹群关系;红尾鸲属的两个种互聚为姐妹群后再与鸲属的红胁蓝尾鸲(Tarsiger cyanurus)形成一个支系。乌鸫(Turdus merula)、紫啸鸫(Myiophonus caeruleus)、黑背燕尾(Enicurus leschenaulti)在鸫亚科鸟类分子进化树中的位置尚不稳定。A phylogenetic analysis of 14 Turdinae birds representing 6 genera was performed based on mitochondrial cytochrome oxidase subunit Ⅰ(CoⅠ)gene sequences by the methods of Neighbor-joining(NJ),maximum-likelihood(ML),maximum parsimony(MP)and the Bayesian(BI)using Bombycilla cedrorum as outgroup.Results indicated that the species examined in the study were clustered into two main clades.One clade included Turdus and Zoothera,and the other included Phoenicurus,Enicurus,Tarsiger and Myiophonus.Turdus mupinensis was extremely far from other Turdus species,whereas closest to Zoothera dauma.Turdus boulboul and Turdus cardis,Turdus ruficollis and Trudus naumanni were mutual sister,respectively.The two species of Phoenicurus was mutual sister,and then clustered with Tarsiger cyanurus of Tarsige.The positions of Turdus merula,Myiophonus caeruleus and Enicurus leschenaulti on the phylogenetic tree of Turdinae birds were undetermined.
