摘　　要：运用公共物品、外部性等理论分析了森林生态效益补偿在解决森林生态产品供给不足中的重要作用。提出了从区域碳汇交易角度进行森林生态效益补偿的设想,分析了其适用性,并从补偿原则、补偿方式、补偿标准和补偿治理4个方面构建了基于区域碳汇交易的森林生态效益补偿模式。The important role of forest ecological benefit compensation in solving the problem of inadequate supply of forest products was analysed based on public goods,externalities and other related theories.The idea of forest ecological benefit compensation was proposed from the perspective of regional carbon trading,and its applicability was also analysed.Moreover,the compensation mode for forest ecological benefit based on regional carbon trading was constructed in terms of compensation principle,compensation pattern,and compensation standard and compensation management.
