摘  要:锻造行业是能耗相对较高、污染相对严重但是又关系民生的基础行业。既要保证快速发展,又能实施清洁生产、节能减排、消声降噪、提高技术含量是中国锻造行业的共识。从工艺创新方面节约原材料,扩大节能新材料利用,采用净近成形的冷、温精锻技术,到加热、锻造设备的节能改造,新型节能、低排放设备的研究设计、制造以及生产线合理配置辅助设施发挥生产线最高效能等等,都是锻件生产企业和设备制造企业必须研究的课题。The forging industry is essential to China industrial economy,however,which is with a comparatively high pollution and energy consuming.It is widely agreed that forging industry,on the basis of fast development,should promote clean production,energy saving emission reduction,noise reducing or elimination,and technology updating.Both of the forging producers and equipment manufacturers have important RD goals to achieve,such as raw material saving new type material utilization,net-shape or near-net-shape forging process,reconstruction of heating and forging equipments in energy saving and low emission,design improvement for production lines and the assisting facilities to raise production efficiency,etc.
