摘　　要：从船用曲轴毛坯锻造生产的现状着手,介绍了曲轴成形机理和特点,以及对这类曲轴的锻造方法。重点介绍了曲轴的全纤维锻造,分析了错挤锻造和镦挤锻造的特点。还特别介绍了锻造专用工艺装备的结构原理,指出液压铰链式结构工装最为合理。Aiming at the status of crankshaft blank forging process for ship,the principle and characteristics of crankshaft forming process have been introduced in the text,as well as the forging method.The full-fiber forging process has been mainly put forward.The features of upsetting and cross extrusion forging process have been analyzed.The structural principle of forging process and equipment has been introduced.It is pointed out that the hydraulic hinge type structure tooling is most reasonable.
