摘 要:采用实验室自制的固定床生物质气化反应器,选用松木屑为生物质原料,铜渣为催化剂,采用机械混合方法将原料与催化剂混合,初步定量分析和研究了松木屑在添加铜渣催化剂后气化的产气率、产气组分和产气热值等的变化。结果表明:在松木屑空气气化试验过程中,添加铜渣催化剂后气化反应的产气率明显增加,气化产生的气化气的组分含量与不添加催化剂相比有明显区别,产气的热值有明显提高。A self-made fixed-bed biomass gasification reactor was employed in the experiment, with pine sawdust as bio- mass and copper slag as catalyst. The biomass and catalyst mixed with mechanical method. A preliminary study and quantitative analysis on variety of gas yield, gas composition, and lower heating value of produced gas were performed in the pine sawdust gasification process with copper slag catalyst. The results show that both the gas yield and the lower heating value of produced gas can be increased to a marked extent in the air gasification process when copper slag is added as catalyst, and that gas components are evidently different for the processes with or without copper slag as catalyst, and lower heating value are increased obviously.
