摘 要:以生物原油为研究对象,进行生物原油直接燃烧试验,研究了其燃烧及气态污染物排放特性。试验结果表明:预热生物原油、预混燃烧和外加点火源预热炉膛可以实现生物原油顺利点火并稳定燃烧。在相同含氧量下,生物原油的燃烧温度,SO_2、NO_x和CO浓度均低于0号柴油。生物原油燃烧产生的SO_2浓度在70mg/Nm^3以下,且随着烟气中含氧量的增加而减少;NO_x浓度在250mg/Nm^3以下,且随着含氧量的增加而增加;当含氧量超过7%时,CO浓度约为200mg/Nm^3。生物原油稳定燃烧火焰长度较短,燃烧初期呈淡绿色火焰。The combustion and gaseous pollutants characteristics of crude bio-oil were studied in the paper. The results show that the method of wanning-up crude bio-oil, premixed combustion and taking additional ignition sources is the most effective way to ignite crude bio-oil and steadily burn it. The combustion temperature and the concentrations of S02, NOb and CO of crude bio-oil are lower than that of diesel oil at the same oxygen content. S02 concentration in crude bio-oil combustion doesn't exceed 70mg/Nm3 and is decreased with the increase of oxygen content in flue gas. NOx concentration in crude bio-oil combustion is increased with the increase of oxygen content in flue gas and doesn' t exceed 250mg/Nm3. CO concentration in crude bio-oil combustion is about 200mg/Nm3 when the oxygen content in flue gas is over 7 %. Compared with diesel oil, the combustion flame of crude bio-oil is short, and shows pea green at the beginning of burnning.
