摘 要:研究开发了一种新型高温真空集热管,利用电阻加热器加热吸收管内壁,在室内稳态下,通过热平衡法测试了该集热管的热性能。介绍了实验平台的具体设置、各个装置的设计意图以及详细的实验过程和分析。实验结果表明该新型高温真空集热管能在高温下(350℃)长期稳定工作,全温度段的热性能与Solel UVAC3接近,是我国未来槽式太阳能热电站的良好选择。Parabolic trough solar system is one of the most promising environmentally preferred advanced power generation technologies. The evacuated tubular solar coueetor is the key component of a parabolic trough solar power plant, and the the heat performance of the collector plays a prominent role on the gross efficiency of the entire system. A new high tem- perature evacuated tubular solar collector was designed and produced by Southeast University and Sanle Electronic Group. A thermal property test was accomplished by using an electric resistance heater inside the collector to reach the desired absorber temperatures in steady-state equilibrium. Experimental results show that this kind of new collector has got long term stability in high working temperature(350℃ ), and thermal properties are close to Solel UVAC-3 throughout whole temperature range, which is a perfect choice for China' s future parabolic trough solar power plant. The specific setup of the entire experimental platform, intentions of each device, as well as the detailed procedures and analysis of the experi- ment are introduced.
