安康医院长期住院精神病患者的特点分析及干预对策

摘　　要：目的:了解安康医院长期住院精神病患者的相关状况,分析其长期住院的因素特点,为精神病患者回归社会积极创造各种有利的条件。方法:采用自制的调查表对住我院5年以上的精神病患者363例进行调查。结果:男325例(89.53%),女38例(10.47%);精神分裂症患者342例(94.21%);未婚244例(67.22%),离婚83例(22.87%);小学及以下文化程度242例(66.67%);反复多次住院336例(92.56%);每年探视5次以下(包括每年探视1次及1年以上无人探视)188例(51.79%)。此类患者病程冗长,反复住院,疾病种类集中,文化程度较低,缺乏亲属和社会的监护、关爱。结论:安康医院长期住院精神病患者既有自身疾病特点因素,也有社会和家庭相关因素。应积极采取药物及其他治疗和康复训练等手段,预防疾病复发,提高生存质量,最大限度地促其及时回归社会。Objective：To explore the situation of mental disorders who stayed An Kang Hospital for a long time,Analyse the characteristics,provide the help for them in order to regression society in no time.Methods：Investigate 363 cases the group who stayed our hospital for more than 5 years.Results：There were 325 cases of male（89.53%）,38 cases of female（10.47%）;342 cases of schizophrenia（94.21%）;244 cases were unmarried（67.22%）;83 cases were divorce（22.87%）;242 cases were primary school or below primary school（66.67%）;336 cases were reinpatient（92.56%）;188 cases were less than 5 times visit including one time visit annually or no visit（51.79%）.The group had a long course of disease,re-inpatient,mostly of the group were schizophrenia,they accept low education,short of wardship and attention.Conclusion：There were not only their own characteristics of mental disorders but also the factor come from family and community in the research group.We should take pharmacotherapy、convalescence and other measure to prevent recurrence,increase livelihood,so as to regression society in no time.
