大学生网络行为与抑郁焦虑的关系

摘　　要：目的:探究抑郁和焦虑情绪对网络行为的影响,为管理大学生的网络行为提供参考策略。方法:随机抽取温州医学院324名学生作为调查对象,采用自评抑郁量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)和Young的网络成瘾量表进行调查。结果:回收有效问卷312份,网络成瘾检出率为35.3%,焦虑检出率为16.3%,抑郁检出率为14.1%。抑郁、焦虑和网络行为在不同性别方面没有显著差异。网络行为与抑郁、焦虑存在线性关系,并且网络行为的得分与抑郁、焦虑的得分存在高度的正相关,即抑郁、焦虑的得分高的学生网络行为的得分也高。结论:抑郁和焦虑情绪对网络行为会产生影响,缓解学生过度使用网络可以从调节抑郁焦虑情绪入手。Objective：To study the effect of depression and anxiety on network behavior provides reference for the management of college students＇ network behavior.Methods：A random sample of 324 students in Wenzhou Medical College was investigated through SDS,SAS and Internet Addiction Impairment Index（IAII）.Results：312 students were investigated,and the rate of IAD,anxiety and depression were respectively 35.3%,16.3%,14.1%.There was no obvious difference of depression,anxiety and network behavior in gender.Network behavior had a linear relationship with depression and anxiety,and the score of network behavior had highly positive correlation with that of depression and anxiety.Conclusion：Depression and anxiety have much influence on network behavior.Thus,alleviating the excessive use of network can start with regulating the mood of depression and anxiety.
