摘　　要：我国目前存在两种不同的社区心理卫生服务模式:非卫生系统主办模式和卫生系统主办模式。前一种模式是在地区民政部门主导下,以社区为单位建立专门的社区心理卫生服务中心;后一种模式是依托卫生系统,在原有的社区卫生服务体系中补充心理卫生服务的内容。There are two kinds of community mental health service model at present in China：Non-Health System Sponsor Model and Health System Sponsor Model.The former model is to establish special community mental health services on the basis of community under the guidance of the local civil affairs departments,and the latter model is to supply mental health service in the original community health service system supported by Health System.
