摘　　要：对国产镐型截齿破损的主要形式进行了分类和原因分析，表明国产镐型截齿过早破损的主要原因在于材料和工艺。以此分析为基础。Abstract The main damage types of home-made conical picks are classified and the cause of damage is analyzed.The analysis indicates the material and technology of the conical pick are key causes for conical pick to be worn at early time.A new technology of conical pick is put forward on the basis of these analysis.\;
