摘 要:针对渤海SZ36-1油田海上平台有限空间特征、绕丝筛管砾石充填的防砂完井方式、单层大排量开发生产特征,通过室内和现场试验,研究了缔合聚合物溶液配注过程中黏度损失情况。结果表明:聚合物配注工艺系统机械剪切、配聚用水水质是影响缔合聚合物黏度损失的重要因素。其中注聚泵、射孔炮眼等环节造成的缔合聚合物黏损率超过60%;随配聚水中二价阳离子含量增加,缔合聚合物溶液黏损率增加;另外胶团研磨快速溶解方式对缔合聚合物目标液黏度损失也有一定影响,但影响程度较小。该研究为提高缔合聚合物驱矿场工作液有效黏度提供了参考依据。Bohai SZ36-1 Oilfield is currently the only one that has industrial application of association polymer flooding.There are complex conditions existing there such as limited space of offshore platform,sand control completion with wire wrapped screen and gravel pack,and high volume production in single layer.Viscosity loss in the injection allocation process was studied by laboratory and field tests.Results showed that mechanical shearing of operating system and solution water quality were important factors influencing viscosity loss.Polymer injection sections like injection pump and perforation hole can affect viscosity loss more than 60%.Also,it was found that with bivalent cation content increasing in solution water,the viscosity loss rate of association polymer stepped up.Additionally,fast dissolution way by micelle grinding can result in slight viscosity loss of associated polymer solution.The study provides a reference to improving the effective polymer viscosity and guaranteeing quality of polymer flooding.
