摘 要:目的分析"数字卫生综合性示范区"县级医务人员对医院信息化建设需求、利用及满意率。方法采用横断面研究设计,以医院信息系统(HIS)为重点,对浙江省19个数字卫生综合示范区23家县级医院2264名医务人员进行问卷调查。采用描述性分析、χ2检验、Kruskal-Wallis H检验、Logistic回归模型等对医务人员医院信息化需求、利用、满意率及其影响因素进行研究。结果认为HIS不能较好地满足工作及双向转诊信息化需求的医务人员分别占66.4%和79.8%;医院信息化培训率为44.0%;培训次数与HIS熟练程度、业务流程时间变化、工作负担变化显著正相关;89.2%和86.8%的医务人员分别认为使用HIS缩短了业务流程时间和减少工作负担;HIS使用满意率仅为6.1%,影响HIS满意率8个因素为4个示范区、检验和其它专业、有中文操作系统证书和没有计算机能力证明。结论县级医院医务人员医院信息化需求与利用较高,但利用的满意率较低,需要增强医院信息化知识和技能培训,以满足医院信息化建设及健康管理的工作需求。Objective To analyze county-level medical workers' demand, utilization and satisfaction rate of hospital informationization in " E-health Comprehensive Demonstration Zone". Methods 2264 medical staff in 19 E-health Comprehensive Demonstration Zones in Zhejiang province were under questionare survey by cross-sectional study.Descriptives, Chi-Square test, Kruskal-Wallis H test and Logistic regression were used to analyzethe the data. Results 66.4% of medical workers considered HIS couldn't satisfy the ordinary work, and 79.8% of whom unsatisfied with the nformationization of two-way referral. Hospital informationization training rate was 44. 0% and the training times were positively correlated with the HIS proficiency, reduce of working time and working load. The percent of medical workers considered that HIS could reduce the work load and time were 89.2% and 86.8% , respectively. The satisfaction rate of using HIS was 6.1% and 8 influencing factors were associated with the satisfaction rate. Conclusion County-level medical workers' demand and utilization were higher, but the rate of satisfaction was lower. Health administers should improve the knowledge and skill training to meet the needs of the hospital informationization and health management service.
