摘　　要：综述正常阑尾和阑尾炎MDCT的影像学征象,MDCT检查方法,以及MDCT诊断阑尾炎,判断阑尾炎病理分型的应用价值。阑尾炎的MDCT影像学征象与病理改变相符,对诊断阑尾炎和非阑尾炎,判断阑尾炎的病理分型,以及指导临床合理治疗具有较高的应用价值。To study the MDCT imaging signs of normal appendix and appendicitis, to explore the examination methods, and to evaluate identification appendicitis and non-appendicitis in MDCT. It is helpful to judge appendicitis pathological types and guide clinical doctors to formulate reasonable therapeutic schedule. It had very important clinical practice value.
