摘　　要：目的评估湖北省儿童预防接种信息管理系统(Childhood Immunization Information Management System,CIIMS)运行效果,为进一步推进湖北省按时完成CIIMS建设,建立健全省、市、县、乡儿童预防接种信息报告网络系统,实现全省范围内儿童预防接种信息共享与管理的目标。方法采取听汇报、现场实地调查、走访儿童等定量和定性相结合的方法,对全省CIIMS建设情况采用统一设计的调查表进行评估。结果湖北省所有乡镇以上预防接种单位全部完成CIIMS的建设,市、县、乡系统建设的覆盖率均达到100%,各地2005年后出生儿童预防接种个案信息录入率均达到95.00%以上。结论全省各市、县、乡CIIMS建设工作基本达到了国家CIIMS建设阶段性目标,但发展不平衡,主要存在系统平台建设滞后,系统维护保障不足,关键设备配备不全,需加大系统建设投入的力度,加强人员培训和进一步完善系统建设。Objective To assess the outcome of the 〈Childhood Immunization Information Management System（CIIMS） in Hubei Province,further promote the timely completion of CIIMS,and build up a childhood immunization information reporting network at provincial,municipal,county and township level,so as to achieve the target of establishing a province-wide children vaccination information sharing and managing system.Methods Quantitative and qualitative methods were used,such as listening to reports,on-site field investigation and visiting children,and the unified questionnaire was used to assess the construction of the CIIMS in Hubei province.Results The CIIMS construction was completed in all the vaccination units at township level in Hubei Province.The system coverage reached 100% in all the cities,counties and townships.More than 95% vaccination cases were registered in the system for children born after 2005.Conclusions The CIIMS construction at all the city,county and township levels reached the goal of the national CIIMS basic construction,however,the development was unbalanced.The problems were primarily：delayed construction of platform,lack of system maintenance and protection,and short of key facilities and accessories.More investment and staff training are needed to further improve the system.
