武汉市2005-2009年急性呼吸道传染病流行特征分析

摘　　要：目的了解和掌握武汉市2004～2009年急性呼吸道传染病的发病情况,分析其流行特征,为制定相应的防治策略和措施提供科学依据。方法对武汉市2004-2009年呼吸道传染病的疫情资料进行统计分析。结果武汉市2005-2009年急性呼吸道传染病发病率有逐年增高趋势,2008年最高,达133.95/10万。急性呼吸道传染病中心城区和远城区发病率经u检验,P<0.001,差异均有极显著性意义,不同疾病其发病季节分布不同。武汉市2005-2009年共报告传染病突发公共卫生事件84起,其中急性呼吸道传染病71起,占83.33%,学校、托幼机构等集体单位占57.14%。结论武汉市急性呼吸道传染病发病率有逐年增高趋势,加强急性呼吸道传染病管理,尤其是学校、托幼机构的急性呼吸道传染病的监测与管理是当前防制工作的重点。Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of acute respiratory infectious diseases in Wuhan City from 2004 to 2009,and provide scientific basis for its prevention and contro1.Methods To analyze the reported cases and epidemic material of acute respiratory communicable diseases in Wuhan City from 2004 to 2009（from the Disease Surveillance Reporting and Management System）.Results The incidence of acute respiratory infections in Wuhan from 2005 to 2009 was increasing year by year,up to a maximum of 133.95/100,000 in 2008.The incidence of acute respiratory infections between downtown and suburban,by testing,P〈 0.001,had very significant difference.Different diseases had different seasonal distribution.Of the 84 reported public health emergencies（infectious diseases） in Wuhan from 2004 to 2009,71 cases were acute respiratory infection,accounted for 83.33%,schools and nurseries accounted for 57.14%.Conclusions The incidence of acute respiratory infections in Wuhan is increasing year by year,therefore,it is important to promote the management of acute respiratory infections,particularly,focus should be put on the surveillance and management of acute respiratory infection in schools and nurseries.
