摘　　要：宣东二矿主井箕斗装载硐室１５０４ｍ３，采用井筒超前掘进、上室和下室分层掘进、分两段与井筒同时套壁的施工方法，成硐速度为１２２０７ｍ３／月，比煤炭系统特殊硐室工期定额提高了２０５倍，比施工组织设计要求提高了１０３倍，比合同工期提前３２ｄ，取得了优质、快速、安全施工的良好效果．The space of the large_scale skip loading pocket of the main shaft in the second coal mine of Xuandong is 1504m 3. The construction method of the advance development shart and the slice drivage of the upper pocket and the bottom pocket is adopted, and the method that the shart was lined in synchronism by two stages are also performed. A fine, speedy and safety construction result has been abtained.
