摘　　要：我国保险业尚处于发展的初级阶段,服务问题仍然是制约行业全面协调可持续发展的个突出问题。面对激烈的国际国内竞争,中国保险业必须充分认识到进一步推动服务创新的重要意义,只有不断的创新才能增强自身的竞争力,才能在保险市场上占有一席之地。China＇s insurance industry is still in the initial stage of development,and service problem is still an outstanding problem which restricts the comprehensive and sustainable development of the industry.Facing the intense competition at home and abroad,the insurance industry in China must fully realizes the importance of further promoting the service innovation.Only by continuously innovating can we enhance own competitiveness and play an important role in the insurance market.
