摘  要:火电厂回热系统有热量离开时,系统汽水将重新分配,机组效率、功率发生变化。基于火电厂热经济性状态方程和功率方程,推导得出加热器抽汽效率计算公式,结合纯热量离开系统可方便计算系统功率变化量,从而得到相应热效率及煤耗率相对变化量。以国产300 MW机组为对象,研究该机组轴封加热器损坏造成的热经济性影响。Whenever thermal leaving in heat return system,steam-water will be reallocated,therefore the efficiency and power of the generating unit will correspondingly changes.Computing formula for heater extraction efficiency is deduced based on condition equation and power equation based on thermal economy in fossil-fired power plant.And together with pure thermal leaving system,system power variation can easily be calculated to obtain corresponding thermal efficiency and coal consumption variation.Thermal economy influence brought by sealing heater damage on the generating unit is studied,taking home-made 300 MW generating unit as an example.
