摘  要:列车制动条件下材料的摩擦性能测试是研制高性能摩擦材料的必要手段。在非惯性试验台上,为实现测试摩擦材料定速和惯性两种速度条件下的摩擦性能,通过构建速度变化模型,利用变频调速技术,提出了兼顾这两种模式的控制方法,并应用虚拟仪器开发平台LabVIEW构建基于PC机的数据采集和控制系统。对于定速检测,系统给出恒定电压信号实现电机恒速运行;对于惯性检测,系统依据构建的列车速度时间方程给出变化的电压信号实现电机变速运行。测控系统运行结果表明:定速和惯性两种功能满足了摩擦材料性能的测试要求。The measurement of the tribological properties of materials at terms of train brake is a key element in the investigation of high-performance friction materials.Under non-inertial test beach,in order to measure the tribological properties of friction materials in conditions of both constant speed mode and inertia speed mode,the variable speed model was established and VVVF technology adopted was used to propose the control method for both of the two modes.In addition,a personal computer(PC)-based data acquisition and control system was established by using LabVIEW,a powerful development environment for virtual instrument.As for testing based on constant speed mode,the constant rotative velocity of electric motors operation can be achieved through the invariable voltage from output of the system.As for testing based on inertia speed mode,the variable rotative velocity of electric motor operation was developed through the changeable voltage from output of the system based on the speed of the train braking - time equation that was established. The running of testing and controlling system shows that the functions meet measuring requirements of friction materials performance.
