摘 要:采用湿磨处理工艺制备一种粉煤灰浆状掺合料,对掺有不同细度、放置时间的粉煤灰浆状掺合料混凝土强度及工作性进行研究。结果表明,细度增加对提高粉煤灰浆状掺合料大掺量混凝土强度更为有效;粉煤灰浆状掺合料经过90 d放置可提高其混凝土强度,尤其是浆状掺合料大掺量混凝土的早期强度。粉煤灰浆状掺合料对混凝土工作性的改善作用优于原状粉煤灰;90 d放置使粉煤灰浆状掺合料对混凝土工作性的改善作用略为变差,但通过加大一定外加剂掺量,混凝土仍可达到较好的工作性。A kind of fly ash slurry with different fineness was manufactured by means of wet-milling with stirring mill,the effect of fly ash slurry on strength and workability of concrete was investigated in this paper.The results showed that,comparing with concrete with low dosage of fly ash slurry,the increase of fly ash fineness is relatively effective to enhance strength of concrete with large dosage of fly ash slurry.After the placement of 90 days,fly ash slurry can improve strength of concrete,especially for early strength of concrete with large dosage of fly ash slurry.Fresh concrete with fly ash slurry has better workability to a certain extent than fresh concrete with raw fly ash.The 90 days placement of fly ash slurry made the improvement of fly ash slurry to workability of concrete get worse.But by increasing the dosage of chemical admixture slightly,concrete with fly ash slurry can still obtain favorable workability.
