电动负压吸引刮刀在腋臭治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的介绍一种治疗腋臭的新方法并对其疗效进行评估。方法采用电动负压吸引刮刀治疗腋臭12例,观察手术效果及并发症。结果本组病例均在术后7～12 d愈合,未遗留明显瘢痕。1例出现血肿,与术后包扎不妥及术后肩关节活动牵拉创面有关。全部患者随访6个月,仅有1例仍有少许腋臭气味。结论电动负压吸引刮刀治疗腋臭效果明显,且手术时间短,术区无明显瘢痕,是一种较为理想的治疗腋臭的方法。Objective To introduce a new method of treating axillary osmidrosis and evaluate its effectiveness.Methods Twelve cases with axillary osmidrosis had been treated by dynamo-electric shaver with liposuction,the effectiveness and complications were observed.Results All patients were followed up for 6 months.After treatment,all patients cured without obvious scars,and only one occured hematoma because of un-proper shoulder joint immobilization.The results were satisfactory,except for one case with minimal residual malodor.Conclusion Treatment of axillary osmidrosis with the dynamo-electric shaver technique is an effective method with its simplicity,easy performance and invisible scars.
