摘　　要：目的 探讨经腋水平切口切除T2～3旁肿瘤手术的手术方法.方法 经腋水平水平切口由由背阔肌前缘到胸大肌后缘,长约10～12 cm,经第3肋上缘入胸,顺利完成T2～3椎体旁肿瘤切除手术.结果 ：切口开关迅速,手术经过顺利和术后恢复满意.手术切口小,美观隐蔽.不切断肋骨、肌肉等,肩关节运动不受影响.结论 经腋水平切口切除高位后上纵隔肿瘤手术时,如选择合适的病例,均能顺利地完成手术,而且具有许多优点.Objective to discuss the operation of thoracic vertebra 2 - 3 sideward tumors through the axillary horizontal insection. Methods removed successfully thoracic vertebra 2 - 3 sideward tumors through the axillary horizontal insection 10 - 12 cm. Results these operations were completed successfully, insection were small and concealmental, were open or close promptly. Exposure were satisfactory, because the muscular and ribs were sparing that movement of the shoulder joint were unacted on. Conclusion this operation was done successfully and have many advantages in choice cases of thoracic vertebra 2- 3 sideward tumors.
