摘 要:分析了我国刨煤机推广使用现状,对进一步推广使用刨煤机提出了5点意见。AbstractThe development of the coal plough in China has a history over 30 years. The coal plough has its own special advantages and there is a good future for the application of the plough in China. The 2200 kW coal plough has completed its first round industrial trial. Some key parts of the plough were difficult in quality at the previous time. Now the quality of the key parts are greatly improved and the quality gap between the Chinese parts and imported has been greatly reduced. The development of the plough in China is very slow. The application of the plough in China should have to set up a ploughable index of seams in China. There needs a seam ploughable investigation in China. The Protodyakonov coefficient used as an index of seam ploughability is not reliable. Under a standard performance, a cutting resistance of coal or rock with a normal cuter can be a plough ability index. A power capacity of the plough should be increased in order to plough hard coal. A plough mining face design should meet the requirement of the plough mining face. The main parts of the plough should be generally applied and exchanged.
