摘  要:目的:探讨逐盘颗粒对BALB/c小鼠凋亡促进基因FasmRNA、FasLmRNA表达的影响.方法:BALB/c小鼠50只,随机分为5组,正常对照组及中药高剂量组、MTX组妊娠第10天开始灌胃分别腹腔注射生理盐水、MTX连续五天.在MTX组基础上予中药高、低剂量灌胃.逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)技术检测胎盘组织FasmRNA、FasLmRNA表达.结果:各组胎盘组织细胞凋亡率均高于正常组,MTx+中药低、高剂量组高于正常组,中药组及MTX组,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05).结论:逐盘颗粒能促进胎盘组织细胞凋亡,是治疗植入性胎盘的作用机制之一.Objective: To investigate Effects of ZhuPan granule on experession of fasmRNA and fasLmRNA in the mouse placenta. Methods: 50 BALB/c mice were randomly divided into 5 groups. The normal group, the high-dose group and the MTX group, given normal saline by garage from 10 days after gestation, were intraperitoneal inject normal saline、 MTX separately, for five days. Based on the MTX group, give the high dose and the low dose of ZhuPan Granule by garage. Use RT-PCR technology to test the expression of FasmRNA and FasLmRNA of placental tissue. Results: The apoptosis rate of placenta tissue of the four groups are higher than that of the normal group, while the rate of MTX plus low dose group and high dose group are higher than those of the normal group, the ZhuPan Granule group and MTX group, and there are significantly difference between them (P〈0.05). Conclusion: ZhuPan Granule can promote the apoptosis of placental tissue, which is the mechanism of treating placenta accerta.
