摘　　要：目的：归纳总结结核性脑膜炎早期联合鞘内注射治疗方法,探索鞘内注射疗法患者的有效护理方法.方法：对35例早期联合鞘内注射治疗的结核性脑膜炎患者的辨证施护进行回顾性横断面研究.结果：通过密切观察、及时给药、做好术前心理干预、术中心理支持、术后的心理、饮食、体位及皮肤辨证施护.35例结核性脑膜炎患者取得了良好的治疗和护理效果.结论：鞘内注射是一种有创治疗方法,在整个治疗过程中,临床观察、心理,饮食、体位及皮肤等辨证施护也是治疗成功与否的关键.Objective： To summarize the method of countermeasure treating tuberculous meningitis by intrathecal therapy, to investigate the effect nursing method of intrathecal therapy. Methods： To study on 35 patients with tuberculous meningitis by intrathecal therapy. Conclusion： To the close observation, timely delivery, and preoperative psychological intervention, psychological support for patie -nts, postoperative psychological, diet, nursing posture and skin syndrome. 35 patients with tuberculous meningitis have a good effect. Conclusion： Intrathecal is an efficiency therapy.
