摘  要:建立了液-液喷射器的实验装置,并利用平面激光诱导荧光(planar laser induced fluorescence,PLIF)技术研究了喷射器不同结构尺寸对湍流混合性能的影响。对三种不同混合室直径/喷嘴直径的喷射器进行了研究,利用CCD相机获得了喷射器内二维时均浓度场图片,并通过图片处理获得了浓度场。在此基础上利用离析度(intensity of segregation,IOS)的概念得到了不同结构参数下混合长度的变化规律。结果表明:引流/射流比值越小,混合效果越好,完成混合所需要的距离越短;在低引流流量下,混合室入口直径/喷嘴直径比值越大,混合效果就越好,混合效果与射流流体的压力损失成正比。A liquid-liquid ejector experiment system was established,and the planar induced fluorescence(PLIF) technology was used to study the turbulent mixing characteristics in the liquid-liquid ejectors with different configurations.Three different diameter ratios of mixing segment to nozzle were adopted for the study of the effects of ejector configuration on its mixing performance.The two-dimensional time-averaged concentration field photos of the turbulent mixing in the ejectors were taken by the CCD camera,and through certain treatment,the time-average concentration fields of turbulent mixing in liquid-liquid ejectors were acquired.With the conception of intensity of segregation(IOS),the variations of mixing length(the length needed to complete the mixing process) in the ejectors with different configurations were achieved.The results show that the smaller the ratio of suction flow vs.jet flow,the better the mixing performance and the shorter the mixing length;and under the condition of low induced flow,the larger the diameter ratio of the mixing segment to nozzle,the better the mixing performance.It was also found that the mixing performance of the ejectors is direct proportional to the pressure loss of the motive flow.
