表皮及周围结缔组织对人头皮毛囊在裸鼠背部生长的影响

摘　　要：目的:通过观察游离人头皮毛囊在裸鼠背部插入移植后的生长情况,探讨游离毛囊所带表皮成分以及周围结缔组织成分对其生长存活的影响。方法:将单根毛发的毛囊单位随机分为3组:A组为完整的毛囊单位,B组去除表皮成分,C组贴近毛囊去除周围结缔组织。将3组毛发植入裸鼠背部,在第2周时测量其生长长度及计算存活率,所得数据进行统计分析。毛发植入后共观察9周,并于9周后取毛囊做HE染色,观察其结构。结果:植入2周后,各组毛囊毛干的生长长度无显著差异(P>0.05)。各组间毛发的存活率无显著差异(P>0.05)。自移植后第2周起,裸鼠背部植入的毛发逐渐脱落。在第9周时,各组均见部分毛发已脱落毛囊处有重新长出的纤细柔软的黑色毛发。HE染色可见到人头皮毛囊在裸鼠背部存活,各层次结构清晰可见。结论:游离人头皮毛囊能在裸鼠背部生长,有无表皮成分及有无较完整的周围结缔组织对毛囊的生长无明显影响。有部分毛囊可再次进入毛发生长周期,形成纤细的毛发。Objective：To assess the influence of epidermal part and perifollicular connective tissue on the growth of human hair follicle,and to investigate whether human hair follicle can survive and grow on the dorsal of nude mice.Methods： Hair follicles were divided into three groups randomly.Group A： keep the follicular unit without any treatment;Group B： remove the epidermal part of the follicular unit;Group C： cut off the perifollicular connective tissue close to the follicle.According to the hair transplantation process,implant the three groups of human hair follicles to the dorsal of nude mice.Measure the length of them after 2 weeks and keep observing them for 9 weeks.Data were analyzed and follicles were observed with HE staining after 9 weeks.Results： After 2 weeks,the growth of Group A show no significant difference with that of Group B and Group C（P0.05）.The hairs on the dorsal of nude mice started to shed after 2 weeks.And several tiny,pigmented hairs could be seen on their dorsal after 9 weeks.The structure of human hair follicles could be clearly observed with HE staining.Conclusions： The human hair follicle can survive and grow on the dorsal of nude mice.The epidermal part and perifollicular connective tissue have little influence on the hair growth when implanted on the dorsal of nude mice.
