摘 要:大学生科技创新能力的培养是高校人才培养的重要方面。加强大学生创新创业教育是贯彻落实"提高自主创新能力,建设创新型国家"和"以创业带动就业"发展战略的重大举措,是适应我国经济社会转型的必然要求,是现代大学的重要使命。当前,国内外高校都十分注重培养大学生的科技创新能力,希望通过开展创新创业教育,全面提升学生的创新意识和创新能力。文章分析了大学生创新能力的现状和存在的问题,阐述了合肥工业大学以"挑战杯"竞赛为平台开展大学生课外学术科技活动对促进大学生创新创业能力方面的有效做法,并在改革教学模式、搭建教学平台、加强队伍建设、完善竞赛体系、建立孵化基地、激励约束机制等方面,提出适合当前大学生创新能力培养的有效途径。The cultivation of college students' scientific and technological innovation ability is an important part of personnel training in universities.Strengthening the innovation and entrepreneurship education on students is the implementation of the developing strategies"to improve independent innovation capacity,and build an innovative nation" and" to undertake the impetus employment".It is the need of economic and social transition and the significant mission of modern universities.At present,universities both at home and abroad pay much attention to the cultivation of college students' scientific and technological innovation ability,hoping that college students' innovation consciousness and ability can be improved through innovation education.Based on the analysis of the status and the deficiencies of college students' innovation ability,this paper tries to explore effective ways to cultivate college students' innovation ability with "The Challenge Cup" Competition as a platform of extracurricular scientific and technological activities,namely,reforming teaching mode,setting up teaching platform,strengthening the team building,improving the competition system,establishing incubators,and creating incentive and restraint mechanism and so on.
